6 Months Already?

I had the privilege to be the first to photograph this sweet little guy, and it was hard to believe he had already turned 6 months.  This family is such an awesome one, and I'm glad I've been able to get to know them a little bit through photographing them!

At nearly six months, this little man had some great smiles, but was also a sleepyhead.  It was fun to capture that sweetness again.  Thanks for the opportunity!

"M"'s Newborn Photos

How adorable is this sweet little bundle of joy?  It's such a privilege to be able to photograph these tiny little ones.

 My favorite photos with newborns are the ones with their families, and I love this shot with big sister and dad.  Seriously, so much love there!

Triplets!

So I have to admit, my initial reaction when I was asked to take photos of triplet newborns was fear.  I wanted to do a good job for them, and how on earth was I going to do that with THREE babies?  Luckily I have a good friend, Camilla, who was willing to be my assistant, and I couldn't have done this without her.  It was an awesome experience, though, and I am in awe of the parents and the amazing job they have.  Here are their little cuties...

And Mom looked so gorgeous after having these little darlings.  I'm always so glad when parents get in the photos with their little ones.  It's hard to believe these babies are now a year old, and probably very active little joys. 

We combined a newborn session with a simple child session to capture this sweet girl for her birthday.  She was a natural in front of the camera :)

I absolutely love seeing parents with their new babies, and to be able to catch that with my camera is always a joy. Thank you for trusting me with you little ones!

J's Kids

These three sweeties were such a joy to photograph.  Mom wanted photos of little baby L, but she wanted sibling shots as well, and I'm so glad we did!

 

Aren't they adorable?  Seriously, love the grins!  And that sweet little baby face.  So glad I was able to photograph them!

E's Birth

I love this mama, and felt so privileged when she asked me to photograph her second baby's birth.  (see her first baby's birth here)  I love shooting birth stories.  It is simply an amazing experience to be there as a new little person enters this world.  If I were to have another baby, I would definitely have a photographer there to capture those memories for me, because it's amazing how quickly they fade.  I know it's not for everyone, but I still get emotional when I look back at any of the birth stories I've done.  So here you go...
